Smart navigation via strategic communications in a mixed autonomous paradigm

Motivated by the emerging mixed autonomous paradigm in cobotic order picking operations, we investigate optimal information design to navigate human workers (HWs) who cooperate with mobile robots (AMRs) within an intralogistics system. We incorporate asymmetric between AMRs and HWs a routing game where connected are informed of congestion state while rely on provided The system designs communication policy aiming away from congestion. Without strategic communications, show that deployment cannot mitigate unless automation level reaches threshold. Interestingly, illustrate substitution effect communications when distortion is mild.
